Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Zypern, Ungarn, United Kingdom, Tschechische Republik, Irland, Spanien, Italien, Slowenien, Kroatien, Lettland, Slowakai, Litauen, Schweden, Luxemburg, Rumänien, Malta, Portugal, Monaco, Polen, Niederlande, Österreich und die Schweiz..
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
DPD CLASSIC:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,50 Euros per order.
From an order value of 49,00 Euros onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
DHL PAKET:
We charge shipping costs according to the shipping weight:
Up to 2 kg: 5.50 euros
Up to 5 kg: 6.50 euros
Up to 9 kg: 8.50 euros
Up to 18 kg: 12.50 euros
Up to 25 kg: 16.00 euros
Up to 30 kg: 20.00 euros
From 30.1 kg: 28.00 euros
UPS default:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,50 Euros per order.
UPS Express Saver:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 8,90 Euros per order.
UPS Express 12:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 11,90 Euros per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
